About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Membership to lead the overall management, growth, and retention of our executive membership program. This senior role is critical to the success of the Institute, overseeing a team of Council Managers and the Membership Renewal team, and driving all aspects of the membership lifecycle to ensure continuous growth and member satisfaction.
