Our Mission

Provide building owners and occupants with accurate and reliable utility consumption data through market-leading expertise in turnkey submetering and billing, while fostering a workplace with inspired team members empowered to do more good.

This is a Hybrid role with about 3 days in office. Some travel to our other offices in Exton, Toronto (Canada) (less then 20%).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to deliver on business outcomes, quickly identifying points of leverage in complex problems or systems
• Champion a One-Metergy approach, ensuring that all product decisions enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams
• Partner closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to lead product development efforts
• Monitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress and performance
• Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization across multiple scrum teams
• You'll utilize balanced judgment in decisions about risks of both actions taken and not taken while innovating on ways to iterate faster in a well-managed way for the immediate team

Qualifications

• Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build products
• Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodology
• Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
