Temporary On-site Mailroom Associate - New Hyde Park, NY Randstad is seeking a reliable and customer-service oriented professional to join our team as a Temporary On-site Mailroom Associate in New Hyde Park, NY. This contract role is perfect for an organized individual comfortable with physical tasks and supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities

• Performing daily mail runs and efficiently sorting incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing shipping labels for various deliveries
• Fulfilling print, copy, and scan job requests for the office team

Schedule & Duration

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Contract: This temporary position is expected to run from December 2025 through March 2026, with the potential for extension

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in office operations, administrative support, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a mailroom or similar setting is preferred
• Must be comfortable with extensive standing and capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of printer paper/reams)

Responsibilities

• Perform mail runs, sort mail, process FedEx and DHL shipping; provide customer service at window; complete paper delivery; scan documents; use envelope opener machine
• Will be working with/on copiers, FedEx and DHL machines, scanner, and envelope opener
