Sales Operations Analyst

DescriptionAcara Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for our client in Amherst, NY ! We are seeking qualified candidates with: - A solid foundation in finance and accounting- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting- Excellent communication abilities and organizational expertise Here's what you'll do: - Administer dealer pricing contracts, including new submissions, custom agreements, and monthly chargeback reconciliation.- Manage pricing program ensuring alignment with team strategy.- Lead reporting and analytics using Excel and Business Intelligence tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Territory Managers to support onboarding, communications, and program execution.- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and assist in the development of pricing strategies based on market dynamics and dealer programs.- Serve as a communication liaison for key updates, pricing, and program-related information.- Assist with event coordination and attend events as needed to support the sales team and customer engagement.- Partner with internal stakeholders to support the launch and management of programs in Canada. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: - Experience using Business Intelligence tools such a SAP BI, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data management within customer hierarchies preferred.- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborative effectively across internal departments and with external partners.- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
