LA Workplace Experience Intern
- Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties
- Assist with office admin and reception coverage
- Conference room upkeep
- Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
- Organize in-office events
- Run errands as needed
- Light A/V troubleshooting
- Shipping and distributing mail
- Assist with general office email inbox
- Keep all technology charged and available
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Willingness to work in office 2–3 days per week
- Front desk experience a plus
- Interest in Office Management / People related initiatives
- Personable, social, and enthusiastic
- Humble, diligent and resourceful
