Qualifications:

• Active NY State LCSW License.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
• Must be comfortable with remote and in-person hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual and in-person psychotherapy and support services.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document all sessions in the EMR system.
• Support patients with behavioral, emotional, or crisis-related challenges.
