Product Manager
WHAT WE DO MATTERS:
At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration - and that starts with celebrating our people. Our employees are passionate dreamers, thoughtful doers, and lifelong learners who power meaningful moments for millions around the world. We’re united by authentic connection, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to the global community we serve. Here, flexibility and belonging go hand in hand with high performance. We believe the best ideas come from empowered teams: those who consistently collaborate with intention to design solutions, spark ideas, and drive impact. We inspire, we build, and we celebrate. We dream big, love our users, hustle every day, and always do the right thing to win - together. Our people are at the heart of our success.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Vendor zone and help us elevate how wedding pros find success and grow their businesses on our platform. The Knot Worldwide’s vendor marketplace is the foundation of our business, and we are focused on building innovative tools and experiences that drive real value for our vendors, strengthen retention, and enhance overall vendor satisfaction. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the vendor experience — helping pros connect with couples, manage their presence, and thrive within our growing global marketplace.
We’re looking for that special someone to bring their entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and user-centric design thinking to our team. You’ll work closely with exceptional design and tech leads and your Marketing and other cross-functional partners are knowledgeable and collaborative, having built up key relationships in the industry over many years.
This role is a great mix of forward-thinking strategy and highly creative, design-centered feature development, with a strategic product focus on The Knot’s Vendor zone.
You should be excited about building core capabilities that unlock long-term opportunities for the product. You should have experience in both building green-field products and iterating on more mature products. You love helping users solve big problems and delivering value to vendors and couples.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always put our users first
- Work closely with our outstanding analytics and research team to gain feedback and insights directly from users
- Set the strategic direction in collaboration with product marketing, engineering, and design partners
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with engineering, design, and marketing partners to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional products
- Drive outcome-focused execution - what matters most is how the product impacts our customers and our business
- Collaborate with product leaders to ensure cohesion between your products and the overall product experience on The Knot
SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 2-4 years in product development, in an agile environment
- You can set strategic direction and help ideate and launch new products and experiences
- You always refer to quantitative and qualitative data in making product decisions and have experience with analytics and research tools + methods and comfort with analytical tools
- You have a track record of creating quality consumer experiences that solve real user needs and drive business growth
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with your partners and executives
- You have keen aesthetics and empathy, and a user-centered mentality
- You’re a strong partner for engineers, empathetic to their unique needs, and you believe there’s such a thing as tech debt
- You’re a natural prioritizer, have great instincts when it comes to what matters, and have made tough but smart trade-offs. You care about Outcomes over Outputs - goals matter more than the roadmap
