KITCHEN MANAGER / SOUS CHEF
+ LINE COOKS
Walk-ins: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
We're looking for experienced BOH candidates who can bring skill, consistency, and good energy to our kitchen.
Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef:
- Strong leadership and line management experience
- Comfortable with scheduling, ordering, and food cost
- Passion for thoughtful, quality-driven food
Line Cooks:
- Solid line experience, any station
- Reliable, team-oriented, able to work a fast-paced service
Public Records is a bar, restaurant, and live music venue in Gowanus, Brooklyn. We care about our team and take hospitality seriously.
