Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Healthforce by TLC
Saratoga Springs, NY
Embark on a compelling journey as a Travel ER Registered Nurse in Saratoga Springs, New York, where fast-paced, life-saving care meets the grace of a storied spa town. In this dynamic specialty, you’ll be at the forefront of emergent medicine, making split‑second decisions, stabilizing patients from the point of triage to disposition, and collaborating with skilled teams that value precision, empathy, and continuous growth. Picture yourself shaping outcomes in a high‑energy environment while absorbing the unique rhythms of an iconic New York destination. Beyond the hospital, New York’s diverse landscapes invite exploration—from the tranquil Adirondacks’ trails to vibrant urban hubs within a few hours’ reach, offering weekend escapes and lifelong memories. Saratoga Springs itself invites rejuvenation with its historic streets, therapeutic springs, cultural festivals, and inviting dining—an ideal backdrop for a demanding, rewarding career.

Working in Saratoga Springs blends the appeal of a renowned emergency department with the advantages of a location that’s easy to access yet rich in character. You’ll experience a community that supports its caregivers—neighbors who appreciate your dedication and a healthcare system that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and professional development. The role also carries the opportunity to rotate or extend to other locations across the United States, exposing you to varied patient populations, diverse case mixes, and a breadth of clinical challenges that sharpen your expertise and broaden your professional horizon. This is a chance to grow within the ER specialty while enjoying the unique benefits of working in a scenic, culturally rich state known for its outdoor beauty and storied history.

In this ER RN role, your responsibilities will center on high‑quality, timely patient care. You’ll perform rapid assessments, prioritize care for undifferentiated trauma, chest pain, stroke alerts, and pediatric presentations, and initiate life‑saving interventions when needed. You’ll lead and participate in triage, administer medications with precision, monitor monitors and IVs, assist with resuscitations, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to ensure efficient throughput and excellent patient experiences. Documentation, code escalation, patient or family education, and safe disposition planning will be integral parts of your daily practice. The position supports ongoing professional growth—whether you seek advanced certifications, leadership pathways, or expanded responsibilities within the ED—through mentorship, structured education, and opportunities for skill diversification. And with the weekly pay range of 2,148 to 2,306 dollars, you’ll see tangible recognition of your expertise as you contribute to patient outcomes that truly matter.

This opportunity includes competitive benefits designed to reward your expertise and commitment. In addition to a robust pay package, you may be eligible for a sign‑on or retention bonus, helping to offset relocation and transition costs. Housing assistance is available to ease the move into the Saratoga Springs area, letting you focus on clinical excellence rather than logistics. The program offers extension opportunities, so you can plan your career trajectory with clarity, knowing that your employer values continuity and relationship building with patients, families, and teammates. You’ll receive comprehensive, 24/7 support from a dedicated travel and clinical services team, ensuring you’re never alone on the road or in your practice, whether you’re navigating a busy shift, a new facility, or a different state’s regulations. This level of constant support is designed to keep you confident, safe, and empowered as you travel and care.

Our company is grounded in values that empower staff, support professional advancement, and nurture a collaborative, inclusive culture. We’re committed to treating clinicians as respected partners, offering transparent pathways for advancement, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a workplace that prioritizes wellness, safety, and work‑life balance. You’ll join a community that celebrates initiative, curiosity, and accountability, where your voice matters in shaping care delivery and where opportunities to expand your scope, influence, and leadership are actively encouraged. The emphasis is on a respectful, high‑performing environment that recognizes your contributions and invests in your growth as a clinician and as a mentor to others.

If you’re ready to elevate your ER nursing career in an environment that honors skill and humanity alike, apply now. This is more than a travel placement—it’s a chance to join a company that values your professional development, rewards your expertise, and stands by you every shift, every patient, every step of the journey. Start date is 03/23/2026, for a duration of weeks, with weekly pay of 2,148–2,306 dollars and a plan that includes housing assistance, potential extensions, and 24/7 support while you travel. Please note: hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
