Chief of Staff (Hybrid) - Healthcare Executive Support - 26-02555
Position: Chief of Staff – Executive Support (Hybrid)
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract
Pay Rate: $50 – $53 per hour
Schedule:
Hybrid role
- 2 days onsite per week (8:00 AM start)
- Remaining days remote (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Chief of Staff will work closely with executives to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and ensure materials are ready in advance
- Track action items and follow up with teams
- Support communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or clinical environment
- Executive support experience in other industries will also be considered.
