job summary:
Our Marketing team is seeking a seasoned and versatile Videographer & Editor to be the technical and creative force behind our video content. You will be a key contributor to the entire video lifecycle-from on-set capture to final edit-producing polished content for our social media, website, and internal communications. This role is for a self-starter who excels at translating creative ideas into high-quality visual stories.

responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Production & Editing: Shoot and edit a high volume of video content, from short-form social to long-form brand stories and internal features.

• Technical Execution: Own and elevate all technical aspects of production-including lighting, audio, and camera operation to set the standard for a consistent, professional look and feel that defines our brand.

• Creative Storytelling: Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, managing pacing, music, and graphics to create high-impact content.

• Asset Management: Maintain our digital asset management (DAM) system, organizing all footage and project files for easy access and long-term use.

• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, delivering on time and to brand standards.

• Technical Expertise: Deep, demonstrated knowledge of cinematography, advanced lighting fundamentals, and audio capture principles to ensure professional-grade results in any production environment.

• Creative & Strategic Interpretation: Ability to translate creative briefs and strategic goals into compelling visual stories, applying strong instincts for pacing, music, and platform-specific trends.

• Project & Time Management: A highly organized and autonomous operator who can manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to interpret feedback, troubleshoot technical issues on the fly, and work effectively with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

5 to 8 years of professional videography and editing experience, preferably in-house for a brand, at a creative agency, or as a high-level creator.

A strong portfolio and reel are required, showcasing technical excellence in shooting, editing, and storytelling across various formats (social, long-form, etc.).

Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) including color grading workflows, and social editing tools.

Demonstrated expertise with professional camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless), audio equipment, and lighting setups.
