Executive adjunct Requirements:

» 3 + years of practice in an administrative function within a professional industry required ie: legal, accounting, architectural, engineering etc.

»Proficient expertise of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar

»Be able to multi-task efficiently. One hour you may be setting up lunches, the next you may be attending a board meeting.

»Thrive on being someone’s right hand. You are a crucial member of the organization - people lean on you and know you'll get things done on time.

»Strong attention to detail and good with numbers

»Excellent writing and filing expertise



Executive adjunct Job tasks:

»Answering phones and prioritizing issues

»Analyze data from the customers to determine what products will be best suited for their needs

»Communicate via email, phones or fax with customers and vendors

»Manage all inquiries and orders from customers and vendors

»Thorough follow-up with customers to ensure orders are received on time and are accurate

»Resolve issues in a timely manner

»Managing calendars and meeting requests for the CEO and department

» everyday use of QuickBooks and maintaining various spreadsheets

»Assisting with HR and Accounting

»Scheduling PTO

»Processing payroll

»Overall assisting with moving the company forward in a positive direction


This is a full-time opportunity paying $50,000-$55,000 depending on practice. Please submit a resume and apply for consideration.
