Entry Level Automotive Parts Associate

Responsibilities: * Scan, Ship and Receive daily parts orders * Properly put away parts in bin locations * Perform perpetual inventory with weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock * Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner * Be able to learn and understand the Mercedes Benz parts stocking process * Answer phone calls and effectively utilize company software (ex. Microsoft teams) * Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct * Provides high level service to internal and external customers. * Pull and fill orders from stock * Accurately pick parts from inventory for pending orders * Run parts to technicians in shop * Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention. * Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up * Be able to drive for local deliveries as needed * Retain, process and maintain all warranty parts returns * Fill, pack and label online orders * Maintain factory & internal trainings * Additional warehouse duties as needed We are all about the growth opportunities and will train the right candidates in their automotive career! Qualifications: * Have a High School Diploma or equivalent * Have experience with auto parts sales (or retail experience) * Excellent organizational skills * Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment * Have strong organizational and time management skills * Well groomed and presentable in a luxury retail environment * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
