Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a curious, creative, and organized Marketing Assistant who’s excited to grow their career at the intersection of marketing, technology, and hospitality .

As part of the Culinary Agents team, you’ll work directly with our Marketing department and gain hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media, content, events, analytics, brand strategy, and more. Along the way, you’ll help support the businesses and talent who bring hospitality to life every day.

***This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events in Midtown Manhattan, plus travel throughout NYC and other locations. Reliable Wi-Fi is required.

• Handle daily admin tasks to support marketing operations.
• Explore market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Help plan and run promotional events.
• Track and enhance active marketing campaigns.
• Pitch fresh marketing ideas to boost our brand.
• Find and curate engaging content.
• Collaborate with the team to execute and measure marketing strategies.
• Discover innovative ways to connect with our audience.
• Represent the Culinary Agents brand at events, capturing key insights and reporting back.
• Support the team with sales and marketing projects as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the technical landscape. Share insights with the team regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and X.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who enjoys both collaborating and working independently.
• Comfortable with occasional evening/weekend events and travel.
• Passion for hospitality, food, restaurants, and storytelling.
• Experience in hospitality or working with chefs is a plus, but not required.
