What You'll Do:

• Provide responsive, high-quality support to clients throughout the background screening process.
• Follow up on outstanding items and ensure requests are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant products, systems, industry policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with leaders to implement solutions.
• Accurately document client interactions, enter data, prioritize tasks, and mentor less experienced teammates.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+years of experience in customer service
• 2+years of experience in customer outreach

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence
• Resilient and motivated by goals and metrics
