Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of cross-channel campaigns using KPIs and analytic tools, translating insights into recommendations and improvements.
- Research market trends, customer behavior, and the mental health treatment competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and inspire future efforts.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices to improve marketing workflows, data organization, and reporting across initiatives. Support with mentoring marketing interns, as needed.

- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data (i.e. from Google Analytics/Email or Social Insights) and derive strategic insights to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools ((Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive) required.
- Experience and comfort on a variety of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok and Facebook) and project management tools (Asana, CODA) and design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days onsite.
What We Offer:
- Full benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, vision and a 401K with up to 3% company match, fully vested after 3 years
- Flexible PTO - for a team that’s rested, recharged and feeling their best
- Hands-on, creative, team-based work environment in the heart of New York City
