Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Hamilton NY.

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Hamilton- Madison Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
2. Join an established group: 2 full-time MD’s, 1 primary care and 1 Child Psychologist, 2 FNP’s, and 1 PA
3. Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
4. No OB
5. A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.
6. EMR-EPIC
7. Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs.
8. Salary Range: $320,000 - $374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
9. Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
10. Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000

Job Qualifications

1. MD, DO or MBBS
2. Board Eligible or Board Certified
3. NYS Licensure,
4. BLS, ACLS and PALS Required
5. DEA Required
