Perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient. Duties include but are not limited to: installing cellulose insulation in attics and walls, air sealing, heating system and hot water tank repairs and or replacements, venting dryers, venting and installing bath fans, fixing and installing gutters, installing fans or croc and sump pumps in basement to mitigate moisture issues, installing plastic in crawlspaces, weatherstripping doors, and more.
Drivers license is required. Training is provided upon hire. Drug screening and background check is performed prior to hiring. Starting pay is based on experience. All employees have an opportunity for a raise after 90 days, and then at the one year mark, and each year on the anniversary date.
