Duties Description ITS provides operational support to state agencies on a 24x7x365 basis; some positions may be required to provide this critical service at any time.Under the direction of the Manager Information Services, within the Dedicated Support team, Office of Temporary Disability Assistance portfolio, specific duties include but are not limited to:- Responsible for intake of work requests received from the client agency. Understand and direct the documentation of requirements for IT services and the business outcomes client agency wants to achieve. - Governance- EPRB slide decks/planning (bimonthly)- PEB planning/prep/facilitation (biannually)- Participate in/institute over regular agency meetings (weekly or biweekly, as needed)- Manage intake of work requests, including documenting high level requirements, presenting to BAS, GEO team, and/or other enterprise teams (as needed), entering SMART, and creating DMNDS in ITSM- Take lead on documenting multi-agency requirements- Governance and Strategic planning- Advocate for the agency - their business goals and technology road map- ITS Demand and Project lifecycle- Assist the agency leadership with their business goals- Assist the agency with road mapping and future proofing their technology needs- Advocate for the agency- Assist the agency thru the ITS Demand and Project lifecycle - Identify changes to the client agency's work process and environment that could potentially impact the type, level, or utilization of IT services provided to the client agency. - Identify new ITS technology offerings that could potentially impact the type, level, or utilization of IT services provided to the client agency. - Articulate business requirements for new services or changes to existing services. - Advise ITS technical teams on client agency's end-to-end business process. - Represent the client agency perspective on business requirements and priority/mission criticality. - Identify cross-agency business and technical improvement opportunities and facilitates communication among multiple organizations and units within the client agency and with counterparts in other portfolios. - Work closely with CRM team, CTO Business Analysis team, PMO team, Agency business contacts- Perform a full range of supervisory duties

Minimum Qualifications Eight years of experience in Project Management, including two years of supervisory experience or one year of managerial experience. The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:- Associate's degree and seven years of experience- Associate's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and six years of experience- Bachelor's degree and six years of experience- Bachelor's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and five years of experience- Master's degree in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience- Doctorate in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional 2 years of experience

Additional Comments ITS will not offer permanent employment to any candidate unless the candidate provides documentation that they are authorized to accept work in the United States on a permanent basis.
