Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:
Responsible for lead function within the housekeeping team. In addition to performing all housekeeping duties as needed, provides day-to-day work direction of team members; enforces policies and procedures; trains and guides staff as needed; and resolves issues and problems.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision and ongoing training of Housekeepers, Houseman, Inspectors, and Laundry Attendants
- Continuous visual inspections to ensure everything is clean and in working order for all properties
- Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage, providing complete training for employees and ensuring proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Foster the departments safety culture through training, enforcing company guidelines and accountability
- Provide staff, training, coaching and assist with performance reviews for the housekeeping department
- Celebrate successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members
- Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping operations - preferred
- Experience in a supervisory position - preferred
- Knowledge of IQware and PeopleSoft - preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record - preferred
- Strong communication skills - required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - required
- Able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 5 hours without sitting - required
- Experience on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) - preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - required
- Detail oriented; self-motivated; good communication skills; guest service oriented - required
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed - required.
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
