What’s the role?
Gen II Fund Services is looking for an Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, where you will manage full-life cycle recruiting for our US Client Services and Corporate Management teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and drive the full recruitment process for fund accounting and finance related roles from candidate sourcing through offer.
- Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
- Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.
- Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.
- Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.
- Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal background for this role:
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional Accounting & Finance talent.
- Must have Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
- Must have strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
- Expertise recruiting Fund Accountants is desired. Candidates that have supported Private Equity Fund Accountant/ Finance roles are ideal.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
- Comfortable recruiting for roles outside of Accounting/ Finance when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- Ability to efficiently adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using ATS systems, UKG experience is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
