We are seeking a highly organized and professional Appointment Setter / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This position is fully remote and plays a key role in keeping client interactions and internal workflows running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  

• Experience with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, etc.)
  

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote environment
