Angie’s Long Island is a highly anticipated opening from the team behind Balos Estiatorio and Bar Angie in Washington, DC. Created by native New Yorkers Stefanos Vouvoudakis, Tom Tsiplakos, and Joe Ragonese , Angie’s brings a vibrant coastal American concept to Manhasset—centered around craft cocktails, warm hospitality, and an elevated neighborhood experience.

We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our opening team . This is an opportunity to be part of building the bar program and setting the tone for service from day one.

Ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, hospitality-driven, and thrive in high-energy, guest-focused environments.

• Execute a craft cocktail program with precision, consistency, and speed
• Deliver engaging, attentive service to both bar and dining room guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and seasonal offerings
• Assist in setting up and maintaining bar standards from opening onward
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar
• Follow opening and closing procedures with attention to detail
• Collaborate with management and service team to create a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

• 3+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Experience with craft cocktail programs preferred
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
