Salary range- $323,000-$406,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a  Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician  to join a well-established, physician-led healthcare system serving communities across New York and Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to practice across a  diverse network of emergency departments , ranging from low-acuity community hospitals to a Level I Trauma Center, with strong specialty support and advanced clinical resources.

Practice Setting

Physicians provide shared coverage across multiple facilities, including:

• Low-volume, low-acuity Critical Access Hospital (Level IV Trauma)

• Community hospital settings

• Provisional Level III Trauma Center

• Level I Trauma Center with on-site helipad

The system is fully integrated with  Epic EMR  and offers extensive specialty and telemedicine support to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.

Clinical Support

• 16 specialty consult services available

• Tele-neurology coverage at all locations

• 24/7 OB coverage

• 24-hour radiology reads

• On-site helipad for rapid patient transport

• Fully integrated Epic EMR across all facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $323,000 – $406,000

• Sign-on bonus: $100,000 or Loan repayment: up to $200,000

• Paid Time Off: 272 hours annually

Candidate Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• Open to Family Medicine–boarded or non-EM boarded physicians with relevant experience

• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
