Pinnacle Mobility — one of the largest master agents for Total Wireless nationwide — is seeking experienced and motivated Regional Account Managers to join our team in the New York Area .

We already have a strong dealer network in these regions, and we’re looking for professionals who can help ensure smooth operations, strong performance, and continued growth across our stores.

About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager , you’ll oversee dealer store operations, build relationships, and ensure stores meet brand standards while hitting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits to review operations, KPIs, and compliance.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including sales, activations, and 3MR rates.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure stores maintain brand standards for appearance, merchandising, and customer service.
• Support dealers with training, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
• Provide detailed performance reports to regional management.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in wireless retail, territory management, or field operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
