We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at a client site within Lower Hudson Valley, NY, you’ll report directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project team members and facility operators. You will be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related challenges.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our team achieve the Client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large projects/programs
  • Previous K12 building construction
  • Experience with MEP disciplines, trades and systems
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

115,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

130,000.00

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
