RoleExecute all tasks as a Returns Clerk in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, count, sort, clean, and inspect items returned from our customers.
- Enter all pertinent information in our company’s data base.
- Issue credits to customer accounts.
- Track and reconcile inventory of defective items.
- Bag and label processed items for return to salable inventory.
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed.
- General clerical duties as needed.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- General data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potentially changing priorities.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Basic accounting skills are desirable for this position.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to transition between tasks throughout the day.
- Pay: $17.50 an hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM till 5PM.
