Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Watertown, NY. Start date 06/08/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay $2,138–$2,273 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on an acute rehab unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the broader healthcare team; educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Ensure patient safety during care delivery, assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment; may assume charge nurse duties as assigned

Requirements
- Active RN license in New York
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Traveler who has completed at least 1 prior traveler assignment; ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday coverage as required
