Certified Medical Assistant - CMA or RMA, Full Time

A typical day in the life of a Medcor Medical Assistant:
- Provide superior customer service to clinic patients and Medcor’s client
- Schedule appointments, greet patients, manage clinic traffic, and conduct follow up calls
- Record keeping, and running reports with state of the art electronic medical software
- Assist with clinical exams, procedures, and labs
- Inventory and stocking of supplies
- Work collaboratively work with clinic staff, client staff, local medical providers
You Must
- Have a valid (non expired) Certified Medical Assistant Card (National Certification or Certified in the State of New York).
- This is a test based certification, and does expire (please verify expiration date)
- Have a current American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR certification – need to provide proof of current certification.
- Have a positive and outgoing personality
- Be willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have exceptional computer and technology skills, including experience using an Electronic Health Record
- Be comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
It's a Plus If
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
