ABOUT ARIA PILATES

Aria Pilates is a boutique reformer studio offering a refined, high-end Pilates experience in an intimate and welcoming environment.

We are building a founding instructor team to help shape a strong, supportive community centered around exceptional instruction, attention to detail, and a positive client experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Reformer Instructors who are passionate about movement, client experience, and being part of a growing studio from the ground up.

You will lead small group classes (up to 10 clients) with a focus on precision, energy, and connection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead engaging, well-structured reformer classes
• Provide clear cues, hands-on corrections, and modifications
• Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive class environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to community growth
• Maintain studio readiness and a clean, polished space

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Pilates Instructor
• 1–2+ years of reformer teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
• Passion for delivering an elevated client experience

Plus (not required):

• Experience with Mindbody or similar booking platforms
• Interest in contributing to studio growth and client engagement
