- Day Shift
- 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
- 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
- 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)
Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to transplant patients. The ideal candidate will support patients throughout the post-transplant recovery process while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients during post-transplant recovery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on post-transplant care and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Transplant experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
