Bookkeeper and Reporting Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Bookkeeper + Excel Reporting Specialist to support a growing business with financial tracking, report generation, and data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and categorize expenses and income
• Organize and maintain accurate financial records
• Analyze financial data and create custom reports (monthly, quarterly, YTD, etc.)
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to build dashboards, charts, and pivot tables
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for optimization
• Deliver clean, visual, executive-ready reports
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar software)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Confidence building custom reports and working with large data sets
• High attention to detail and discretion with financial information
• Proactive communicator who meets deadlines
Bonus Points If You:
• Understand e-commerce or wellness/beauty industry finances
• Can help streamline and automate reporting
