Job description:

Objective: To lead Software Optimization, Lifecycle, and Resource Improvement Strategy program and multiple transformation workstreams under the program for the client.

To enhance processes across each stage of Software Lifecycle Management (Plan, Acquire, Optimize, Retire and Governance)

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Leader: Lead and provide expert consultation on transformation journey across multiple workstreams for an enterprise wide transformation program

Project Management: Oversee and contribute to the successful implementation of key project modules including project scoping, managing timelines and tracking progress

Current state Assessment and Transformation Strategy: Conducting End to End process assessments to create a roadmap for improving productivity and improving processes through Automation and re-engineering of processes

Change Management:

1. Lead change management initiatives coordinating with various stakeholders and building trust by showing value through Pilots or MVPs
2. You will leverage a broad range of leadership and influencing styles, ranging from respected manager to motivational senior coach, and you will display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and faced-paced contexts
3. Stakeholder Management: Building strong stakeholder relationships across functions (Technology, Sourcing and Finance) and influencing key stakeholders at
4. all levels and maintaining clear communication.
5. Communications and Reporting: Lead regular Steering Committee meetings and present project progress regularly to cross-functional leadership, deliver insights and recommendations

What you'll Bring

1. 5 10 years of relevant post-graduation transformation consulting work experience.
2. A proven track record of involvement in long-term transformation, operational improvement, or implementation initiatives
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential
4. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
5. A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong drive for professional and personal growth.
6. Expertise in Technology and software optimization transformation is preferred
7. Tools: Excel & PowerPoint (required); SQL & Power BI (preferred)
