Full-Time Personal Assistant Opportunity in New York City
- Position: Full-Time Personal Assistant
- Schedule: Typically 40 hours per week with flexibility based on the client's filming, travel, and personal schedule. Some days may require up to 10 hours, while other days may be lighter. Weekend availability is required when needed.
- Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Client
A successful television personality and model based in New York City is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Personal Assistant to become a trusted right hand. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile individual whose career requires a dynamic schedule, frequent travel, and exceptional organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, emotionally intelligent, and understands how to anticipate needs before they arise. They know how to "read the room," recognize when to step in and when to provide quiet support, and naturally create a calm, positive environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others thrive behind the scenes and takes pride in making every aspect of their client's life run seamlessly.
Beginning in September, the client will be relocating to Los Angeles for approximately two months. While it is preferred that the assistant travel and work alongside the client during this time, it is not a requirement. The role also includes occasional travel between New York City and Los Angeles throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage an ever-changing calendar, appointments, and personal schedule
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including domestic travel between New York City and Los Angeles
- Travel with the client when needed for work, filming, and personal commitments
- Provide on-set support during filming and appearances as needed
- Ensure the client stays on schedule, including medication reminders and daily wellness routines
- Pack and unpack luggage before and after travel
- Receive, organize, and unbox deliveries and PR packages
- Coordinate household logistics, including ensuring the housekeeper and other vendors are scheduled appropriately
- Handle personal errands and day-to-day life maintenance tasks
- Manage confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive personal information with complete discretion
- Track expenses and organize receipts
- Coordinate with stylists, glam teams, property managers, pet care providers, and other service professionals
- Assist with emails, scheduling, shared documents, and light administrative support
- Provide light social media and project support when needed
- Create a calm, organized environment that allows the client to focus on work and recharge during personal downtime

They genuinely enjoy creating order, reducing stress, and ensuring their client feels comfortable, supported, and cared for every day.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role preferred
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal information and contracts
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using shared documents, scheduling platforms, and project management tools
- Comfortable with cats and dogs
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle preferred for errands and local logistics, but not required
- Ability to work occasional weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel domestically throughout the year
- Must be willing to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to interviewing
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum one-year employment term
