Description:
- Join our team as a Psychotherapist in a full-time role based in New York, NY.
- This position involves providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting with a schedule from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, offering a variety of shifts.
- The role requires proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and technology to support patient care.
Requirements:
- Screen and assess clients for clinic admission.
- Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Manage a caseload of 70 patients with up to 12 sessions daily.
- Establish treatment goals within an interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in crisis response and case conferences.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work with LMSW/LCSW certification.
- Minimum two years of experience in psychotherapy.
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings.
- Experience with substance use, mental illness, or chronic health conditions.
- Experience with late adolescents, adults, and families preferred.
- Group therapy facilitation experience desired.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
