Salary : $290,000 - $350,000 per year

Schedule : Full Time (9am-5pm, M-F)

Your Mission:

You will oversee the total operations (or major parts thereof) of the hospital, ensuring we meet community needs and regulatory standards.

• Management: You will lead a team of 5 direct reports, developing leadership skills and driving project success.
• Scope: You will handle extensive hospital operations, administration, and regulatory requirements, providing a bigger challenge that fosters career growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this market-leading environment, you must possess:

• Education: A Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Six (6) years of full-time, paid experience as a COO/CNO (or similarly executive-level role within a full-service clinical a hospital setting.)
• Magnet-Rated Expertise: Extensive working knowledge of hospital administration, laws, and regulations pertaining to hospital operations.
