Donation Door Attendant
:
*This position is available at our Lockport store located at the Tops Plaza at 5819 South Transit Road Lockport, NY 14094*
THE POSITION
This position's key responsibilities include:
- Greets and assists donors at the store donation door. Offers donors a tax receipt.
- Delivers excellent customer service and ensures our donors have a great experience with our donation process.
- Collects, sorts, and organizes donations according to Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe drive-thru according to established Company standards.
- Assists other departments within the Company when needed.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to make decisions regarding the quality of items.
- Is reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled.
- Must be able to lift, exert, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly with no support.
- If hired full time, you would be required to attend a full-day orientation at our Administration Office location in Buffalo.

Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills and education.
- The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr
