Porter
We're looking for a hardworking and dependable Porter to join our team. This position is essential to keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. You'll support our bakers and FOH staff by maintaining a sanitary workspace, washing equipment, organizing inventory, and assisting with general daily operations.

Responsibilities- Wash dishes, baking tools, sheet pans, and equipment throughout the day.
- Keep production areas, floors, workstations, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
- Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.
- Assist bakers with basic prep and lifting when required.
- Help maintain walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, bakery, or porter experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
