We’ve raised just over $10m to date with a ton of runway and are looking to continue growing our engineering team.

About the role

We’re looking for a founding BE infrastructure engineer to work closely with our CTO, engineering team, and customers. What you’ll do:

• Backend or even full-stack development of new platform features and data/SaaS integrations (TypeScript, React)

• Own our core infrastructure, including: Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Helm Charts, vector databases, CI/CD (Argo/Flux)

• Ensure we can run across cloud and cloud-prem environments: from federal government to Fortune 50 infrastructure

• Stay as unattractive as possible to nation state actors: our AppSec, vuln management, pen testing and container & cloud security make our adversaries’ efforts as difficult, expensive and unpleasant as possible

• Build out Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) and Multi-Single Tenant (MST) to support federal and regulated enterprise environments

• Improve platform stability and reliability

• Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to ensure we’re delivering for our customers

• Continue raising our bar for engineering excellence

About you

You might be a great fit if you’re a fluent generalist in all things backend who can also contribute to full stack development and cloud & infrastructure. Who you are:

• Experienced with production systems at scale - ideally in startups

• Security-minded - all things cyber, AppSec, and cloud security are foundational to you

• High-ownership - you own things (projects, outcomes, customer unlocks) from ambiguous start to clean finish

• Thrives in fast-paced environments - sprint cycles, biasing towards action

• Customer-focused - you care deeply about customers’ challenges and incorporating their feedback

• Adaptable - able to flex across the broad range of software engineering as needed (infra, BE, ideally even full-stack)
