• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and company sales goals

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share

• Manage and grow a portfolio of select key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact

• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and forecasting

• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Identify new business opportunities and support reps in closing high-value deals

• Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are maintained accurately and consistently

• Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and industry partners

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in oils, lubricants, automotive, industrial, or related industries

• Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team strongly preferred

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic, data-driven decisions

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
