Senior Full Stack Developer - Hybrid NYC

About the Role

Are you a Full Stack Developer who thrives in building scalable, robust web applications from the ground up? We're looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team working on custom, in-house applications . You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the full software development life cycle from system design to deploymentwhile collaborating across teams in a fast-paced hybrid work environment in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using modern technologies (React + Python).
• Build responsive and user-centric front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product teams to define and deliver new features.

• Optimize performance, debug issues, and maintain a clean codebase.

• Conduct peer code reviews and support Agile development practices.

• Ensure applications follow security and data protection best practices.

• Leverage cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 57 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js .

• Solid back-end development using Python , Node.js , or similar.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture .

• Skilled in Git version control and Agile methodologies .

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have

• Cloud experience with AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Prior experience building applications from initiation to production .
