Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Information Manager to oversee and maintain all product data and specifications across our catalog. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and optimization of product details for internal systems, packaging, marketing, and online listings. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical and organizational skills to support product positioning, competitive benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making. Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 USD/Annually Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize product content for internal systems, packaging, and e-commerce listings.
- Research competitors and industry trends to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate product information is available across all channels.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes for product specifications and features.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with measurement standards and product specifications.
- Provide technical support for product-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Track progress and report updates to senior leadership, identifying roadblocks and recommending solutions.
- Proven experience in product data management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with product data standards and measurement protocols.
- Knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Our client uses the published salary range as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
