Junior Marketing Assistant

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, organised, and eager to grow their career in marketing.

Please note: This is a fully on-site role based in New York City. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities, campaign execution, and content creation. From social media posts to event prep, you’ll get hands-on experience across different areas of marketing while building skills that will set you up for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Support – Assist in planning, launching, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Content Creation – Help draft marketing materials, including social posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional assets.

• Digital Marketing – Contribute to email campaigns, website updates, and analytics reporting.

• Event Support – Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for events, trade shows, and activations.

• Brand Consistency – Ensure all marketing content reflects the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life and deliver projects on time.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Creativity and an eye for detail.

• Previous experience or an internship in marketing, social media, or events (a plus, but not essential).

• A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
