The Warehouse & Receiving Associate is a key member of the Operations team, supporting warehouse and receiving functions to ensure accurate stock maintenance and efficient order fulfillment. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability, and comfort with physical tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City and requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Receiving Support
- Assist with opening and processing incoming shipments.
- Receive and organize supply and packaging deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Serve as the primary support for prepping boxes and managing gift packaging needs across departments.
Operational Support
- Pull and pack fixtures for trade shows and trunk shows.
- Support order fulfillment and warehouse organization as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by Stock and Operations Managers.
Who You Are
- 1+ year of experience in receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
- A dependable, positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling heavy items and performing hands-on physical work.
- Able to maintain focus and motivation while performing repetitive tasks or working around distractions.
Location & Work Environment
- Seasonal, full-time, on-site role based in New York City.
- Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
