Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, holds duties related to day to day operations of a coffee bar and catering within a designated client office. This position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong operational leadership and staff management skills.

You must have catering and coffee bar experience. This position requires Monday through Friday, daytime availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages day to day operations of a designated client account (5 Penn Plaza)
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
• Oversees financials as it pertains to the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience
• Previous experience managing financials
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
