Senior Principal Cloud Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Job Description
As a senior contributor within the Oracle Payroll practice, this consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solutions as part of a project team. You will participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget, while responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle's Fusion solution. You will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle's modern standard methodologies processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead or participate in business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution

Lead or participate in requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution

Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution

Conduct or contribute to process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution

Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live

Supporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration efforts

Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions

Complete the client work on time and budget
Knowledge Base / Skills
-
Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two (2) Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations

Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company a plus

Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

Experience with multiple HCM modules a plus
-
Ability to travel as needed, potentially 50%-75% (primarily within North America)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
