Position Overview

We are seeking a strong, operations-minded Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and streamline caregiver recruitment across our 10 offices. This role ensures consistency in hiring practices, monitors staffing needs by region, and oversees the end-to-end process from initial application to orientation and hire. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and brings strategic thinking to operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee caregiver recruitment across all offices to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Evaluate which offices need more aides and which have sufficient staffing

• Standardize and implement recruitment workflows across all sites

• Ensure timely processing of applications and coordination of orientations

• Maintain clear communication with coordinators to align hiring with operational needs

• Monitor recruiter performance and productivity across sites

• Solve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth onboarding

• Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategy and metrics

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

• experience in recruitment operations, preferably in healthcare or high-volume hiring environments

• Proven ability to lead multi-site recruitment efforts and standardize processes

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Analytical mindset — able to evaluate staffing data and make recommendations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage teams across multiple locations

• Experience with recruitment systems and reporting tools a plus
