Position Overview
We are seeking a strong, operations-minded Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and streamline caregiver recruitment across our 10 offices. This role ensures consistency in hiring practices, monitors staffing needs by region, and oversees the end-to-end process from initial application to orientation and hire. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and brings strategic thinking to operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee caregiver recruitment across all offices to ensure consistency and efficiency
Evaluate which offices need more aides and which have sufficient staffing
Standardize and implement recruitment workflows across all sites
Ensure timely processing of applications and coordination of orientations
Maintain clear communication with coordinators to align hiring with operational needs
Monitor recruiter performance and productivity across sites
Solve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth onboarding
Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategy and metrics
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
experience in recruitment operations, preferably in healthcare or high-volume hiring environments
Proven ability to lead multi-site recruitment efforts and standardize processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset — able to evaluate staffing data and make recommendations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage teams across multiple locations
Experience with recruitment systems and reporting tools a plus
