Position Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: New York, NY 10016

Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel

Shift: Day Shift

Pay Range: $70–$75/hour ($2,800 – $3,000 weekly)

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

• Assist in all aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures, including scrub and circulate functions.

• Deliver pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care.

• Administer and monitor conscious sedation per hospital policies.

• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as required.

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing in an acute care setting.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.

• Continuously monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.

• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

• Work flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.

• At least 2 years in an acute care setting.

• Scrub and circulate experience required.

• Prior Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.

• Skilled in IV insertion and phlebotomy.

• Experience administering conscious sedation.

Education & Licensure

• Current New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required).

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.

• American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification.
