We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to support our administrative team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding service to our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Support team members with various tasks and projects as required.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
