✨ Position: Multi-Site Dental Operations Manager

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee operations across 2–5 dental offices . If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional patient experiences, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the operational success of multiple dental offices, ensuring high standards in patient care, team performance, and efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and integration for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company culture.
• Design and implement training programs that equip team members with the tools and knowledge to excel.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for office managers and field teams to strengthen leadership and drive results.
• Monitor patient interactions and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences at every location.
• Guide teams through escalated situations while reinforcing best practices and operational standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across all offices.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to assess performance, spot trends, and implement strategic solutions.
• Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement in patient care, employee engagement, and practice growth.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of dental operations leadership experience, managing multiple offices (10–30 team members or more).
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams , coaching managers, and improving operational outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel within the Brooklyn Area at least two days per week and maintain a strong field presence.
